- Buildings: AFMAT Head Quarter consists of one Grape Processing Factory, One Pig house, a kitchen/dining hall, a professional staff house, an adjacent office, Chicken Coops, Goat and Cow Barn. The buildings have been constructed to encircle a central area, facilitating a communal environment.
- Water: A borehole has been drilled, providing a constant source of clean drinking water for human beings and animals. A solar pump has been installed to pump the water to an above ground holding tank, providing consistent water pressure.
- Solar Power: A complete solar power system is being installed, able to provide electricity for the Project Area.
- Transportation: A vehicle will be acquired for the transportation of people and goods and will assist in the movement of goods from AFMAT to the marketplace; and
- Shop/Store: A shop/store will be constructed/Rented in the local marketplace. This will facilitate the sale of products from the various sustainability projects.
