The management structure of AFMAT is essential to providing a loving and compassionate environment for the Marginalised Groups in Tanzania. Not only is the management of the empowering Marginalised Groups they serve, but also they seek to support the local community and use the operations of the AFMAT to create a positive economic impact in their community.

- Registered as AFYA NA MAENDELEO TANZANIA (AFMAT) operating in Tanzania Mainland as Non–Governmental Organization(NGO) with Registration Number 0879 (NGO/R/0879) since 07 January 2020. This Registration is valid for 10 Years.
- The organization has formed a strategic partnership with Partners and donors in USA and currently Inviting others from the rest of the World to join hands with AFMAT.
